Mechanism of Action
Rabeprazole belongs to a class of antisecretory compounds (substituted benzimidazole proton-pump inhibitors) that do not exhibit anticholinergic or histamine H2-receptor antagonist properties, but suppress gastric acid secretion by inhibiting the gastric H+/K+ATPase (hydrogen-potassium adenosine triphosphatase) at the secretory surface of the gastric parietal cell.
Domperidone: is a peripherally selective dopamine D2 and D3 receptor antagonist. … The drug provides relief from nausea by blocking receptors at the chemoreceptor trigger zone (a location in the nervous system that mediates nausea) at the floor of the fourth ventricle

Pharmacokinetic’s
Absorption: Absolute bioavailability for a 20 mg oral tablet of Rabeprazole (compared to intravenous administration) is approximately 52%.
Distribution: Rabeprazole is 96.3% bound to human plasma proteins
Metabolism: Rabeprazole is extensively metabolized. A significant portion of Rabeprazole is metabolized via systemic nonenzymatic reduction to a thioether compound. Rabeprazole is also metabolized to sulphone and desmethyl compounds via cytochrome P450 in the liver.
Excretion: Following a single 20 mg oral dose of 14C-labeled Rabeprazole, approximately 90% of the drug was eliminated in the urine, primarily as thioether carboxylic acid; its glucuronide, and mercapturic acid metabolites.
Side Effects
headache, diarrhoea, and abdominal pain.
Precaution
This medicine may cause hypomagnesemia (low magnesium in the blood). This is more likely to occur if you are taking this medicine for more than one year, or if you are taking this medicine together with digoxin or certain diuretics or “water pills”. Check with your doctor right away if you have convulsions (seizures), fast, racing, or uneven heartbeat, muscle spasms (tetany), tremors, or unusual tiredness or weakness.
Dosage
Orally once a day.

Pulmonox-625
Each film-coated tablet contains amoxicillin trihydrate equivalent to 500 mg amoxicillin and potassium clavulanate equivalent to 125 mg ofc lavulanic acid
Mechanism of action:
Amoxicillin is a semisynthetic penicillin (beta-lactam antibiotic) that inhibits one or more enzymes (often referred to as penicillin-binding proteins, PBPs) in the biosynthetic pathway of bacterial peptidoglycan, which is an integral structural component of the bacterial cell wall. Inhibition of peptidoglycan synthesis leads to weakening of the cell wall, which is usually followed by cell lysis and death.
Amoxicillin is susceptible to degradation by beta-lactamases produced by resistant bacteria and therefore the spectrum of activity of amoxicillin alone does not include organisms which produce these enzymes.
Clavulanic acid is a beta-lactam structurally related to penicillins. It inactivates some beta-lactamase enzymes thereby preventing inactivation of amoxicillin. Clavulanic acid alone does not exert a clinically useful antibacterial effect
Pulmonox is indicated for the treatment of the following infections in adults and children
-
Acute bacterial sinusitis (adequately diagnosed)
- Acute otitis media
-
Acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis (adequately diagnosed)
- Community acquired pneumonia
- Cystitis
- Pyelonephritis
- Skin and soft tissue infections in particular cellulitis, animal bites, severe dental abscess with spreading cellulitis.
-
Bone and joint infections, in particular osteomyelitis.
Consideration should be given to official guidance on the appropriate use of antibacterial agents.

Itarix-200mg Capsules
Each capsule contains itraconazole 200 mg.
Therapeutic indications:
- Vulvovaginal candidiasis.
- Pityriasis versicolor.
- Dermatophytoses caused by organisms susceptible to itraconazole (Trichophyton spp., Microsporum spp., Epidermophyton floccosum) e.g. tinea pedis, tinea cruris, tinea corporis, tinea manuum.
- Oropharyngeal candidosis.
- Onychomycosis caused by dermatophytes and/or yeasts.
- The treatment of histoplasmosis.
Method Of Administration
ITARIX – 200MG is for oral administration and must be taken immediately after a meal for maximal absorption. The capsules must be swallowed whole.
Treatment schedules in adults for each indication are as follows:
Indication | Dose | Remarks |
Vulvovaginal candidosis | 200 mg twice daily for 1 day
Pityriasis versicolor | 200 mg once daily for 7 days
Tinea corporis, tinea cruris | 100 mg once daily for 15 days or 200 mg once daily for 7 days
Tinea pedis, tinea manuum | 100 mg once daily for 30 days
Oropharyngeal candidosis | 100 mg once daily for 15 days | Increase dose to 200 mg once daily for 15 days in AIDS or neutropenic patients because of impaired absorption in these groups. |
Onychomycosis (toenails with or without fingernail involvement) | 200 mg once daily for 3 months |
For skin, vulvovaginal and oropharyngeal infections, optimal clinical and mycological effects are reached 1 – 4 weeks after cessation of treatment and for nail infections, 6 – 9 months after the cessation of treatment.

EnTab
ENTAB Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Levocetirizine and Montelukast, which relieves sneezing and runny nose due to allerrgies. Levocetirizine is an antiallergic which blocks a chemical messenger (histamine) responsible for runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Montelukast is a leukotriene antagonist. It works by blocking another chemical messenger (leukotriene). This reduces inflammation (swelling) in the airways and nose, and improves symptoms.
USES OF entab TABLET:
ENTAB Tablet is used in the treatment of sneezing and runny nose due to allergies.

Lycef-200mg Tablet
Mode of Action:
Cefpodoxime inhibits bacterial cell wall synthesis following attachment to penicillin binding proteins (PBPs). This results in the interruption of cell wall (peptidoglycan) biosynthesis, which leads to bacterial cell lysis and death.

Cefpodoxime is indicated for the treatment of the following infections when caused by susceptible pathogens in adults:
- Upper respiratory tract infections
— Acute bacterial sinusitis
— Acute bacterial sinusitis
- Lower respiratory tract infections
— Acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis
— Bacterial pneumonia
Method of Administration:
Route of administration: oral.
The tablets should be taken with food
Adults and adolescents with normal renal function:
Upper respiratory tract infections: Acute bacterial sinusitis: 200 mg twice daily.
